Bangalore, September 10, 2025: United Breweries Limited (UBL), a part of Heineken Company, has been recognized for its TPM approach and Manufacturing Excellence at the 53rd CII National Kaizen Competition, organized by CII IQ, TPM Club India.
UBL earned 1 Gold Award for UBL Odisha in the Renovative category, highlighting its commitment to sustainable operational improvements and transformative practices. In addition, the company secured 1 Silver Award for its Ludhiana plant in the Renovative category, and 2 Silver Awards for its Nelamangala and Waluj MIDC plants in the Innovative category, reaffirming its focus on driving efficiency, competitiveness, and measurable impact across operations.

Through its participation, UBL demonstrated its ability to implement Kaizen initiatives that enhance productivity, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
The competition was attended by dignitaries including Muralidhara Rao, Director, ACE Designers Ltd. and S Narayana Prasad, Chief Executive officer, Triveni Turbines and drew participation from leading companies across India.
