The thematic bridal campaigns featuring products from prominent brands were the first such campaigns by Nykaa Beauty in association with Nykaa Fashion.

New Delhi, May 24, 2022: Peanut Butter, a boutique production agency, recently executed two bridal campaigns for Nykaa.The thematic bridal campaigns were a first of their kind for the beauty products marketplace and aimed to highlight the offerings from leading brands on Nykaa’s platform. 

Weddings are mega occasions in India, with several days of celebrations, they are incomplete without loads of glamour and style. To highlight the impact of bridal makeup and preparations made on the entire experience, Nykaa wanted to position itself as that one-stop-shop brand that helps with all your wedding needs. Be it as a bride, part of the bridal party, or even as a serial wedding guest, we wanted to communicate through our campaign as one solution: #NykaaBridalBrigade. The first two campaigns executed by Peanut Butter for Nykaa were in collaboration with Charlotte Tilbury and Lakme. There are more brands in the pipeline.

To curate content in an organised way, we worked with one beauty brand for each campaign. For Charlotte Tilbury, we chose a ‘Dreamy Wedding’ concept where we recreated every bride’s romanticised version of her fairy-tale wedding. Lost in the dwindling floral fantasies, creating visuals representing joyous occasions she cherishes with her loved ones. The campaign included, Photos, Fashion Videos, Get Ready With Me Tutorials, and Micro Videos, each highlighting a part of the bride’s face like Eyes, Lips, and Cheeks.”

Adding further, Gulrayz, said, “For Lakme, we went for a ‘Regal theme’; An ode to the classic regal savour sit-down. Peanut Butter took care of the entire end-to-end from conceptualisation to execution of these campaigns. As a result, we can understand what the client wants and execute that to the T, which has led to set the foundation for a long-term relationship with Nykaa.”

Peanut Butter has managed to bring out the essence, quality and appeal of the brands and their products. Campaigns like #NykaaBrideBrigade such as these play a huge role in conveying the message in the most simplified manner.
