Papa Johns India Launches Delivery on Swiggy and Zomato, Expanding Customer Reach

Bengaluru, May 13, 2026:  Papa Johns India has launched delivery on leading aggregator platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, marking a key milestone in expanding the brand’s reach and accessibility across its initial store network.

The rollout builds on the brand’s re-entry into the Indian market in late 2025, where operations were initially anchored around direct-to-consumer channels, including its own mobile application and in-house delivery infrastructure. The addition of aggregator platforms is a strategic step to complement these channels and unlock incremental demand. There are 8 outlets currently in operation in Bengaluru, and all are on their own app for delivery. The company is on track to open 30 additional outlets in the city in this financial year.

The integrated delivery model combines aggregator partnerships with backend systems and in-house processes, enabling improved order visibility, faster fulfilment, and greater consistency in customer experience. Papa John’s India operates under the Ambrosia QSR platform, which is owned by Pulsar Capital.
