Mumbai, November 27, 2017: Le Creuset, the iconic French cookware brand, known for its remarkable and diverse cookware ranges launched its second store in Mumbai at High Street Phoenix on 25th November 2017. 
 
To commemorate the launch of its seventh stand alone store in the country, Le Creuset associated with leading food author and columnist, Sonal Ved for an Asian Cooking Carnival. The scrumptious session was hosted at one of the high-end restaurants, situated in Palladium Mall, Mumbai. The food expert demonstrated specially curated Asian recipes by her during the interactive cookout session for the guests in presence. 
 
The culinary expedition included Asian tacos with lime-soy cottage cheese, charred corn, avocado cream and Vietnamese roll with orange and peanut butter sauce. These delectable dishes were prepared using the iconic cookware range, which included the stunning and extensive stoneware range that offers a wide selection of colours and styles.This range is made from specialist clays and further fired at the highest temperatures to attain the finest product.
