Customer care leader B2X strengthens its position in South India by launching a new customer care plaza in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, December 21, 2017: B2X-the global leading provider of customer care services for smart mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, today announced the launch of a new B2X Customer Service Plaza – Samsung in Hyderabad. The plaza is located at Ameerpeth, Yallareddyguda. Customers can now avail the quality repair service for their Samsung devices at this repair plaza. As B2X is the authorized service partner, Samsung users can be assured of quality service, warranty on repair and genuine replaced parts.
B2X has over 300 service centers across India, and is the front-runner for providing ‘post-sales’ customer care solutions for Smartphones and IoT devices. With this newly launched repair plaza, B2X is creating local job opportunities for the people of Hyderabad. At the moment, 80% of the staff are local residents and they also plan on hiring more the coming months. B2X will also be providing continuous training to upgrade their skillsets and equip them with technological know-how that is needed for servicing customer queries/issues.
Samsung has been associated with B2X for the past two years at seven prime and strategic locations across India. With this new repair plaza B2X will be expanding its reach in the south market.

B2X’s journey commenced in 2015 with the first location at Ahmedabad and later in the year in Surat. Last year was a fruitful year as B2X got four new locations for Samsung. They were – Kolkata, Bapunagar (Ahmedabad), Rohtak and East Delhi respectively. In 2017, B2X managed to open two stores, one in Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai) and the second one in Hyderabad.
